[Ecm] nxcore build

I've modified the build.xml from NXCoreFacade to deploy nxruntime, url-comparator, all core bundles and the demo repository in a single step. 
So, now you can deploy Nuxeo ECM by running only two ant scripts:
NXCoreFacade/build.xml (target deploy-all)
and
Nuxeo/build.xml
