I've copied here all template config. files:
the application.xml, jboss-app.xml, web.xml, faces-config.xml
from Nuxeo.
These files are templates managed by the deployment container (nuxeo.nxp)
the content from these files should be moved inside the file
deployment-fragment.xml
of the corresponding module.
I was not moved the content myself because I am not sure which module
declare which entry.
So finally these files should contains only global config and insertion
points (ex string like %{MODULE}%)
We can move these templates outside NXJbossRuntime.
