Alright, I found the deployment problem we had here. NXEvents* were deployed before NXCoreFacade in the Nuxeo/build.xml and NXCoreFacade is removing the nuxeo.nxp deployment directory when launched thus NXEvents* were simply not in the deployment directory...
I'll order a full maven setup for Nuxeo5 to Santa this year ;)
