HEllo list,
A question for all, but probably JM would be the most suitable to answer. :).
I am on a xhtml/jsf page and defining the "page title" and "body" with
ui:include.
And i also want to redefine the right part (teh one containing
tree/clipboard) while leaving the others (breadcrumb, logo, footer, ...)
unchanged.
For what i see and have been told, it is not directly possible when using
the default view.
And Olivier talk to me about perspective, that could suits my need.
So can i have a crash and quick lesson? :).
Any other idea is welcome of course.
Thanks a lot and good day. :)
Andreas
yes, this is what perspectives are meant for. What you can do is create
a perspective and associate it to some fragments and then switch between
perspectives.
there is an example in NXThemesDemo where 3 perspectives are used
("default perspective", "view mode", "edit mode"). The logo is visible
only in some perspectives.
then to switch between perspectives you can set a "nxthemes.perspective"
cookie, or add ?perspective=... in the URL.
but the question is rather what other ways there should be to set the
perspective (session, workflow state, ...) ?
PS: I'm preparing a flash animation so you can get an idea of how
perspectives can be used.
regards
/JM
