The Nuxeo-EvalGuide was written for Nuxeo 5.0.0 release and the current trunk
(that will become 5.1) automatically create a domain by default.

To create new domains, you can type /nuxeo/view_domains.faces in your browser
location bar. I will add links to do that directly in the near future.

Domains are not yet equivalent to sites but more like top level containers that
might get associated to different directories in the future.
