The Maven repository at Sun is down, the build will fail for people
who have not previously downloaded the javax.servlet.jsp:jsp-api
artifact (or who have cleared their local maven repository since the
java.net one went down).
We are going to build a specific repository cache shortly to mitigate
this kind of risks.
