Well, I mean:
* go to review tab
* you should see the same stored rewiewer list that was defined in
the template
Mybe it is more clear If I explain the use case.
Obiective: prepare the material for a paper pubblication.
Roles (that I define as groups - is this corrrect?): writers, reviewers,
publishers (= managers)
Steps to publish:
1. create a "magazine skeketon" (in templates):
* magazine issue containing:
o sections containings:
+ articles
* for every article prepare an a publishing workflow like:
o witer x -> write the article
o reviewer y -> review the article (resend to writer x
for corrections)
o publisher z -> publish the article (now the article
can be modified only by publishers)
2. a publisher ctrate a working issue using the skeleton as template
* there should be skeleton articles with the appropriate
assignement to every combination of
writer-reviewer-publisher; so the unwanted articles will be
deleted
* the creation / review / publish workflow is executed until
all the material is in the published state
3. a publisher creates a zip file for the complete magazine issue
and send it to the (paper) editor
Well, I have problems with step 2: with some svn versions the workflow
actors disapper, with other versions the actor's order is changed (maybe
the reviewer step comes before the writer step)
I used the "serial review"
Mybe I have to wait the general availability of milestone 2?
