I have rewritten the Makefile as an Ant file (build.xml) so that
developpers running Windows won't have to install Cygwin.
You may override the default jboss location (/opt/jboss) by adding a
build.properties file with the correct value, or by running ant with
the right '-DJBOSS_DIR=xxx' option.
I'm going to remove this evening.
