I propose to have a separate clean-jboss target to totally clean
jboss, which wouldn't be executed by default.
Would that be satisfying?

plugins, so it means every time we update Nuxeo we have to redeploy
our JARs. And I don't mention any data sources and config files we

I understand that by doing this, you are sure that everything is
clear before deploying. At least, plugins dir. can be saved before
undeploying.
