All files under target are generated by maven, you mustn't change
them! And they'll be erased by ant clean or mvn clean.
Only change those under src/main/resources.

You're welcome, as soon as I get the files revised I'll attach them
to an email :-)
So now, some very interesting is happening ... I've added the entry
in the file deployment-fragment.xml and (portguês Brasil) pt_BR is
available in the combo.
The problem is when I switch the program to pt_BR through the combo
the programs's labels don't change :-(
Here are the steps I've done.:
1. Created the appropriated files.:
