Hello, did you start before launching your jboss the open office service ( http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/nuxeo/wiki/setUpPdfTransformation), for transformation-to-texte purpose ? between M1 and M2, the back end for indexing has been changed and now it needs the OO service.
