Just a precision ...
After geting this error message, I can see my file in the working space.
Nevertheless, this file has no 'author' or 'creation date' but I can
"play" with it and put workflows, ... but if I want to modify it, I've
got once again an error.
So it seems that the uploading procedure has succed, but not the file
analysis or indexation.
Hopes it can help someone to understand ;-)
