Hi Vincent,
The role of the Archive tab is to offer an user the possibility to
associate to a document information about it's physical archiving.
This information is not part of the document itself, but it is related
to the document.By modifying or adding an archive record to a document,
the state in life cycle, version number and other characteristics of
the document are not affected. The records correspond to a specific
version of the document and by deleting a document,the archive records
associated to this document are not deleted.
