We've been testing nuxeo for some time and as a said in a previous post
it's awesome :-)
We're facing a different use case where the user has a lot of physical
documents that will be
acquired through a scanner, these documents will not be submitted to any
sort of OCR so
the document should be stored in a simple image file (.jpg for example).
If not available we would like to study the possibility extend nuxeo to
provide such functionality,
so the end-user should acquire the images directly from the application
in a very efficient and fast way :-)
I've browsed the web and found a library that uses JNI to abstract TWAIN
(http://www.gnome.sk/) or SANE and
I would like to heard the oppinions from nuxeo's users/developers about
how this integration should be done, I mean
which modules could be extended to proxide such functionality ....
