Well, not exactly automated; but you can use the script "mycopyit"
taken
from the howto:
http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/nuxeo/wiki/testNewLanguage
changing the "it" reference to "en"
The script creates a folder. Then you can compress the folder and
obtain
the zipped file for english.
