Ouups ! That's right, we use version 1.6 ! Going to test ASAP with version 1.5 !

Thank you very much for your comments on the other questions.

Objet : Re: [Ecm] HTTP Status 404 Starting Nuxeo 5.1-M3

Hello,

What is your Java Runtime version ? remember it should be jdk 1.5, and not
1.6, even if this one is the default set up in most of windows machine.

- for moving data, now nuxeo 5 has an import service, so there should be a way
to get the data from Nuxeo 5 and put it back into CPS. the idea is to know what
will be lost (ACL, versions ... ) Anyway, before trying this you have to learn
more about Nuxeo 5, its way to manage types etc ...
- you only need the installer (5.1 GA will come soon :-)) and the jre 1. 5 to
make it run : no other apache install( at least for dev and testing purpose) no
mysql ...
- go onto the wiki page : http://svn.nuxeo.org, there are many pointers to
different ressources.

Hello,

I have the same problem as Robinson Mendez.

1- Downloaded Nuexo Enterprise Platform 5.1-M3 from
http://www.nuxeo.org/sections/news/development-milestone4930/
2- Installed in D:\Nuxeo
3- Run "run.bat" (in \bin)
4- Connected to http://localhost:8080/nuxeo
5- Got the following message (no login asked)
 "HTTP Status 404 - /nuxeo

type Status report
message /nuxeo
description The requested resource (/nuxeo) is not available.

Apache Tomcat/5.5.17

What happened ? Any solution ?

Moreover, Robinson asked yesterday some very good questions, which interest a
lot le Centre Chirurgical Marie Lannelongue:
- What about transferring documents from CPS 3.4 to Nuxeo 5, if we
decide to stop CPS and make the move to N5 ? Ok, those are two different
products, but as it is impossible to start again from scratch, any idea about
data migration would be welcome.
- Is Nuexo Enterprise Platform 5.1-M3 the only package we need to make
a new - but empty :-( - collaborative portal ? I read in Robinson's mail
something about APACHE, MySQL, and so on. Are those tools mandatory ? Is there
any clear document which explains what to use for what purpose ?

Thanks in advance for your answers, and thanks to Robinson,

AM

PS: what about a French mailing list ???? Would somebody be interested in it ?
We do !
