Can you attach your /etc/apt/sources.list ?
maybe you have not include universe or multiuniverse repositories

Hello,

A little question for ubuntu specialists !

I try to install the java1.5 package on my ubuntu server with this command :

« sudo aptitude install -y sun-java5-jre sun-java5-plugin »

But it seems that this version is no longer available, only the 1.6 version.

« sudo apt-cache search java » give this packages (part)

…

java-package - utility for building Java(TM) 2 related Debian packages

sun-java6-bin - Sun Java(TM) Runtime Environment (JRE) 6

sun-java6-demo - Sun Java(TM) Development Kit (JDK) 6 demos and examples

sun-java6-doc - Sun JDK(TM) Documention -- integration installer

sun-java6-fonts - Lucida TrueType fonts (from the Sun JRE)

sun-java6-jdk - Sun Java(TM) Development Kit (JDK) 6

sun-java6-jre - Sun Java(TM) Runtime Environment (JRE) 6

sun-java6-plugin - The Java(TM) Plug-in, Java SE 6

sun-java6-source - Sun Java(TM) Development Kit (JDK) 6 source files

How can I install the right version for Nuxeo (1.5) ?

Many Thanks

Stefan
