Dear Julien, currently, the way to use workflow is to create a new workflow each time we want to publish a document. So, an employee can ask to validate his "vacation request" to the top manager of the company ! My request is to set rules in order to execute actions as generate workflow automatically. In my exemple : 1/ in the settings, I define a "rule" : if document is "vacation request" (metadata) and creator is under group "team X" then assign to this document a workflow "Serial review one step" with validator "team X's manager" 2/ in the settings, I define a "rule" : if document is "vacation request" (metadata) and creator is under group "team X" then the publication space is "vacation / Team X" 3/ so, all vacation request from employee of team X are validated by team X's manager (and only him!) and then published in space "vacation / Team X".
