I would agree to this in the case of out-goings relationsions, but not
in-coming ones.
When viewing the relations for a document I would have thought that if
the target of the relation no longer exists then it is best to state as
much to the end-user.
A nice-ity to have may also be that when deleting a document with
in-bound relationships that the user is first informed of such, giving
them the option to cancel the delete.
