Hi,

We're trying to reproduce this behaviour. Could you give us more details about the steps you took when you saw this? For instance, what workflow did you apply on the document? Had the users approved / rejected the document? Was the workflow started (Start the workflow button)?

However, point n° 1 is the expected behaviour, if the applied workflow is a parallel workflow and if the initiator (Administrator) is not on the workflow. Indeed, a workflow must have at least two participants and the "approve" action is not available when there is only one participant.

Thanks,

Solen

Hi,

I 'm testing nuxeo 5.1.1GA, with 3 sessions opened on the same desktop. The Administrator is logged with firefox, user1 with epiphany and user2 with galeon (3 are gecko browsers, under gnome)...

Administrator created a word doc1 and launched a revision (directive "opinion") to user1.

1) In the user1 workflow, I have "Add a comment below and click one of the links in the table above" but the only link I have is "reject", so I can't validate any comment for aproval. When user1 does "select reviewers" and add user2 with directive "check", the link "approve" appear (for user1).

For user2, this todo check appear under dashboard/my tasks, but not in the workflow tab of doc1.

2) user1 can see the right doc, but when user2 clic on the doc to open it (in the summury tab), it's the nuxeo start page which is opening under open office.

Don't you think it's quite strange ?
Is it a bug on the client side (3 sessions with 3 gecko browsers) ?

Daniel
