Hi,
To whom should I speak about getting a trac login, and what are the
criteria for those?
1. To me :)
2. To be willing to participate.
I want to add some info to the wiki.
Great :)
Incidentally, I use this plugin on my own tracs:

Seems down right now.
which lets users create their own accounts. It works well. (I run
multiple tracs, all pointing at the same HtDigest password store,
which
lets people have one login for all my trac sites)
Problem is: our Trac runs on our LDAP directory. And it's an old Trac
(0.9.3, which is two years old). So I'm not really keen on changing
it too much. But we'll look into it when we upgrade.
Similarly, if I have a one-line patch to the docs, where should I send
the diff? JIRA?
Put it on Jira.
We can also open an SVN account (more precisely, give svn write
access to your LDAP account) if you plan to do more work in the future.
