You can use the HTTP based authentication. It should work out of the
box: just provide the credentials when launching the HTTP request.
For a more tight integration, you might use our WebService
(NuxeoRemotingWS) or the Nuxeo REST interface to browse your content
repository and make it indexed by Omnifind.
Please let us know about your progresses, we are really interested in
supporting more search engines (currently, Nuxeo EP offers a
connector for the search engine Sinequa CS).
