Mmmm, not good for me because, I think, I'm using filemanager service
for import from server and I want to keep the normal behaviour for this
import.
Or there is something I didn't see : how to know that blob comes from
drag'n drop in filemanager level...

You can do that partially by contributing your custom plugin to the
FileManagerService. However Folder creation is not yet pluggable (any patch
submitted to http://code.nuxeo.org/ and assigned to me on this matter will be
reviewed offcourse :).
If you want to customize the behaviour at the reslet level, this my not affect
the IE plugin which is not RESTful AFAIK.
