JBoss is an application server, not a data base server. The default nuxeo setup
uses FileSystem based persistence manager for Jackrabbit (the repository) and
HSQL datasources for anything else (workflow, audit service, relations, ...).
The Search Service indexes are stored on the file system by default by can be
rebuitl from the repository data.
The default nuxeo setup stores anything in the ${jboss.dir}/server/default/data
folder.
