Hi Julien,

Connecting to Active Directory does work (tested once again 2 weeks ago
in a client site).
In order to check this, please start by using a standard LDAP client
(luma, LDAPBrowser, LDAPStudio ...) tfo connect to you active directory.
This test will make you sure that :
 - the LDAP port is enabled in your AD (not always the case by default!)
 - you have the right BaseDN
 - you have the right creadentials 
 - you have the right field mapping

Once your LDAP client is correctly configurered to access AD, you will
just have to copy the same settings in the XML descriptors.

If it still does not work, please send a extract of the server.log in
debug mode (scoped to the time you try to connect :) ).

Keep the faith : connecting Nuxeo to LDAP has been tested with a lot of
differents LDAP server, it always worked without problems.
