Upgrading to 5.1.2 should be ok. 5.1.3 is now aligned on core 1.4 and we are testing data migration in order to have this OK for the release. Please feel free to test (against a copy of your data) and to give us feedback. Onece again, data migration, if needed, should be automatic.
