Nuxeo EP 5.1.3 packages are now available here:

Some of the functions we've announced on the roadmap ( http://
www.nuxeo.org/sections/about/roadmap/ ) are in add-ons, which will be
packaged later.
In a future version (5.2 maybe), we'd like to make add-ons selectable
from the installer or provide a provisioning facility for add-ons
from the installer of from a control panel.
