Hi,
we have released Nuxeo 5.1.3.1 today (actually we've tagged the
release yesterday, the installer has just been uploaded to nuxeo.org,
and the tarball / zipball are being uploaded right now):

We've made this release mostly to fix the issue that was discovered
by some people in the list (thanks to them for the report!) that
prevented the server to start properly under Windows when put in a
folder like 'Program Files', and, even though there was a workaround,
we felt that too many people downloading the application for the
first time would get bitten by the bug.
Some performance issues (related to search service transaction
management) have been fixed too.
