For today, how could we re-index the content of the repository ?
I need to migrate from nuxeo 5.1.2 to 5.1.3.1 and this process may need
reindexing operation

Yes, there is a command-line reindex command in the nuxeo-shell projet

We're currently working hard on fixing this reindexing problem and
will keep you apprised.
