The other ECM has a different logic :
- local users database (copy from LDAP)
- LDAP authentification plugin

Ok. Then do not deploy the LDAP configuration file for the group directory
and
adjust the JDBC datasource with name nxsqldirectory to point to a real
database
server (PostgreSQL or MySQL for instance). The default sql directory
configuration file deployed in nuxeo-ear/config describes the names of the
tables used to stored groups.

With the LDAP connector you can give a pool of LDAP server urls to do load
balancing and high availability.
