I think so. That probably means that build.properties settings override defaukt
settings found in build.xml

Yup! I'm trying to maintain up to date the italian translation.
Normally I create a jira issue with a zip file containing the complete
directory tree structure with the messages_it.properties in the rigth
places.
Which branch have I to use to post the updated italian version?
I think both, but most of the time translations from 5.1 will be merged into 5.2
without conflict.
Ok. So I'll use 5.1 and post the new italian translation asap.
