Not a problem, only a different configuration :-)
I guess that with your configuration (and no jdbc-compass-connection-config.xml) not all your data
are in the database : there still should be compass and JCR indexes stored on the file system.
Compass indexes can be regenerated (with nuxeo-shell) whereas not the JCR ones (they are in
.../data/NXRuntime/...) otherwise than with a new import.
Do you have an index_nxdocs table in your database ? If not, I'm right.
So, copy your $JBOSS/server/default/data directory instead of your new one (JBoss mustn't be running
during the copy).
PS: of course, take care to keep a full backup of your previous install while you're not certain to
have finalized a successful upgrade.
