[ECM] Action id="logout" in the actions-contrib.xml

Hi all,

I try to define the  <action id="logout"> at false (enabled="false") in the
"actions-contrib.xml" for not to show in the header (USER_SERVICES) " Log
out " and " Log in ".
But I always see in the header "Log out " and "Log in".

It's normal?
