Switching to english: please provide us with any error message found in $JBOSS_DIR/server/default/log/server.log at the time you are trying to login. You should also try to connect to active directory with Apache Directory Studio (the best opensource GUI to browse a LDAP server) with exactly the same parameters as those you put in your configuration files (copy and paste them).
