Fix is checked in, you could retrieve it on branch snapshot. If you are sticking with 5.1.5, you could try running nxshell on a Linux / Unix box. Otherwise, you can try build the nuxeo-core-io on the branch snapshot and use the nuxeo-core-io-1.4.3-SNAPSHOT.jar in the nxshell/apps/bundles instead the 1.4.2 version.
