Well... I've seen that I need to work more in deph to use MimetypeRegistryBean on the fsimport command of the shell because of the EJB problem (please, correct me if I'm wrong).
In the meantime the file included in this issue (http://jira.nuxeo.org/browse/NXP-2544) could be useful for you. I've added icons recognition and i've added new mimes to the getMimetype function.
