Thanks for the response! Is 4.0.5 absolutely the only option? I have another app using 4.2.2, which is what is currently installed. 4.2.2 is also running under Java 1.6.0_04.
I did not notice any specific JBoss version dependency specified on the link you provided (at http://doc.nuxeo.org/5.1/books/nuxeo-book/html/dev-environment-installation.html#d4e8052).
