Seeing these warnings/errors which may be caused by unresolved MySQL
remote connection issues. Working on tracking those root causes down,
but in the meantime I'm experimenting with Nuxeo Shell to see if that
helps with the index corruption.

The Nuxeo Shell indexing seems to work, but is throwing up an ugly
error on launch when I use nxshell.sh per the docs. I can get around
it by running `./run.sh interactive -h 127.0.0.1` and specifying that
IP. I think the documentation (Chapter 38) would benefit from noting
this. It also seems a little out of sync with the 5.1.5 nxshell
distro.
Nice work, BTW. Lots of tools/options with Nuxeo. Just wish MySQL was
a more robust backend, but that appears to be out of your control.
