This one is for "upgrading from less of 5.1.2 to more than 5.1.3", so you have
to apply it:

Take care about changes in configuration files:
nuxeo.ear/config/
nuxeo.ear/datasources/
Simplest way to upgrade them is to apply on the new ones your previous
changes.

But it seems to be only for upgrades between 5.1.2 to 5.1.3.
