You miss a settings.xml file giving maven our repositories location.
Take this one : http://hg.nuxeo.org/nuxeo/file/ff5fe0cf6fe1/settings.xml

While trying to using mvn to build the shell,
If I type: mvn install
I get the following error:

Has the repository moved? Or what?? This worked before.
