Julien,

Fist at all, thank you so much. I'll configure the datasources to use a mysql
database and I'll test the ldap feature too .. because I wasn't be able to run
this feature on 5.1.5 ..

Meanwhile, I'm still using old datasources

Thanks

Hi,

Didn't you configure the datasources to use a database ?
If you don't, you should check in the upgrade notes in the distribution because
one major configuration change is that our datasources'
configuration has been "unified".

In 5.1.5 default URL configured in nxsqldirectory-ds.xml (datasource used by
users and groups) was:
    <connection-url>
      jdbc:hsqldb:${jboss.server.data.dir}${/}hypersonic${/}nxsqldirectory
    </connection-url>

Since 5.1.6, all datasources use by default unified-nuxeo-ds.xml:
    <connection-url>
      jdbc:hsqldb:${jboss.server.data.dir}${/}hypersonic${/}nuxeo
    </connection-url>

Your old data are into server/default/data/hypersonic/nxsqldirectory/
whereas Nuxeo now looks into server/default/data/hypersonic/nuxeo/.

So, simplest way is to use old datasources: replace files in
server/default/deploy/nuxeo.ear/datasources/*-ds.xml with old ones

This will be true for all other datasources. Look at the upgrade notes joined
with the distribution, there should be information about that unified NuxeoDS.

Note that, if you plan to use this server for production, we recommend to use a
"real" database rather than default HSQL database which is for development or
testing purpose.

Best regards,
Julien
