I got the same problem.
You have to start the webengine twice (after a brand new compilation)
and then it works properly.
This will be fixed soon.

This filter is referenced in the jetty web.xml so it can't start
anymore.
Changing the filter to org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.ui.web.auth.NuxeoAuthenticationFilter
doesn't work and sends a Null pointer exception.
I did not continue to explore, but the standalone jax-rs jetty
version doesn't work for now.
