Hi, webdavlib.jar is just a JBoss library, I don't know what it does. The Nuxeo WebDAV connector is available at: http://download.nuxeo.org/addons/jsp/listing.jsp?version=5.1.6
The sample file is an contribution to an extension point. You can place them in nuxeo.ear/config if it's named something-config.xml (- config suffix is important) or inside a jar for your plugin if you're developing a plugin.
