Some news about this issue. I tried to use +pdftohtml+ apart from Nuxeo, and found that the best option to generate a preview is the +-c+ option (generate complex documents). But the use of this option requires +Ghostscript+ to be first installed and the path to the executable (gswin32c) to be in the +PATH+ system variable. Then, using the Nuxeo Preview addon again, images are correctly generated in +C:\TEMP\Pdf2Html\...+, but not displayed in Nuxeo preview....
