We need more logs in order to help you. There should be an ERROR log
before the one you pasted that explains why there was undeployed packages.
Note that "stable branch" means there will be no API break, neither main
evolution on this version (5.1), but it is still a development branch
which could sometimes be broken for short time.
We rely on our Continuous Integration to ensure build ability and
prevent us from functional regression. If you work against SNAPSHOT
versions rather than release versions, you should check Nuxeo build
status on these URL before doing an update:
http://qa.nuxeo.org/hudson/
http://selenium.nuxeo.org/hudson/
Also, in your case, when status is ok on
http://selenium.nuxeo.org/hudson/job/Server%20Test%205.1/ then the error
is probably on your side (configuration, filesystem rights, JBoss patch,
...).
