Hi,
the 5.2 RC release has been done yesterday, and some of the packages
are already available (the rest will be push next Monday):
- http://www.nuxeo.org/static/NuxeoEP/nuxeo-ep-5.2.0-RC1-jboss-all.jar
(installer for the "full-fledged" document management server, based on
jboss)
- http://www.nuxeo.org/static/NuxeoEP/nuxeo-we-5.2.0-RC1-jetty.zip
(lightweight WebEngine server, embedding the Jetty web container).
- http://www.nuxeo.org/static/NuxeoEP/nuxeo-we-5.2.0-RC1-glassfish.zip
(lightweight WebEngine server, embedding the GlassFish v3 application
server).
(Still missing are the Windows installer and ZIP package for jboss-all).
Full release notes will be done on Monday. Many thanks already to all
the developers and contributors, this release (and the upcoming GA)
really rocks!
Please note that, although the release was called "RC1", I don't
expect there will be another release candate so next release will be
the GA and is expected very quickly.
You can help the quality process by downloading the RC and playing
with it.
