Do you have any error on jboss logs ?
Which version of nuxeo5.2 you tried ?
Do you have "Be sure that the checkbox "Use NXWss" is un-checked." ?

I just try that :
Downloaded nuxeo5.2 RC1 from nuxeo.org/download
From a new Windows XP with Office 2003 and IE 6 , I installed this
plugin :
nuxeo-liveedit-msoffice-ie-2.0.21-all.exe
I created a new workspace with Administrator
I created a new File and attached a Word file.
I click on Edit Online
Modify the Word Document
I click to close the Office Window
Live Edit ask me if I want to save the file
I click on ok
I reopen the Word File from nuxeo I can see my modification

But when I close the document, MS Office only asks me if I want to
save it, so I say "Yes" and nothing else happens.
The document is not modified and stays locked in Nuxeo.
Any idea ?
Did I miss any pre-requisite ?
