The problem is Compass/Lucene that is locked :
- try to remove the Fs lock
- check that you don't have any process (like an antivirus) that might block the lock file
- check your compass config (are you using compass against FS or SQL DB)

You should look in the server.log to see what really happends.

Are you running a stock Nuxeo (5.1.6 ?) or do you have custom code ?
