You can't atm contribute to an extension point at runtime in Nuxeo. 2 solutions:
* You split your module between view and core. View can be modified on the fly
(xhtml are reloaded if you set facelets.REFRESH_PERIOD=2). For core, you don't
need JBoss at all, as the RepositoryTestCase create a runtime environment with
all necessary Nuxeo services to be able to code/test your service and
contribution
* You use webengine, it has a hot reloadable feature.
