Hi! I thank you all in helping me to get to the root of my problem. Finally i have been able to create the build.
This is what has happened. I hope this will help somebody else if they find themselves in the same situation as me. Following the last post, port 8009 seems to be in use in another program that could cause a conflict with Nuxeo. I therefore checked my list of installed programs on my pc to see which one could be giving me the problem. I uninstalled Apache Tomcat 6.0.18, Glassfish V2.1 and Glassfish V3. No success. Then i double checked to make sure that I got rid of old jboss instalations. Finally, the main problem was the Jboss version that i downloaded. I downloaded the 4.2.3 GA JDK6 when i should have downloaded the 4.2.3 GA for JDK 5. Since I am using the JDK5 version on pc. ant clean... success ant patch.. success ant deploy... success When i executed the run.bat from Jboss i got the following error: "java.lang.outOfMemoryError: permGem Space. I finally had to add the following line to the run.bat file just before the ·"echo" section: *set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -XX:MaxPermSize=128m* echo =============================================================================== echo. echo JBoss Bootstrap Environment echo. echo JBOSS_HOME: %JBOSS_HOME% .... .... Did the run.bat again and voila! Nuxeo working. Thanks once again to everybody that has helped me and the ECM archives.
